Are you nut free? Gluten free? Or Kosher?

How can I place an order?

Simply go to the products page and chose your item and write your flavour selections in the notes section

Do you deliver?

Yes, we use a local courier service to hand deliver in the GTA. Alternatively we use Canada Post or UPS to ship in Canada and all over the world.

Please note:  Orders delivered by our local courier on a "next day" service, need to be received in our system before 12:00 noon the day before.  Otherwise, the order will be processed for the following day

Can I pick up at your location?

No, unfortunately we cannot accommodate any local pick ups, as we are not zoned for retail.

What is the shelf life and how do I store your product?

The shelf life for unpackaged pretzels is 60 days and 120 for packaged.  The product can stay fresh longer if stored in an airtight container, or alternatively they can be frozen.  

How can I best serve my treats during the warmer season?

Warmer temperatures and humidity during the summer months can sometimes make the pretzels sticky. To enhance the handling experience and reduce stickiness, we recommend refrigerating your pretzels for approximately 10 minutes before serving. This simple step ensures your pretzels will be as easy to handle as they are delicious.

How can I make an e-transfer payment for my order?

To complete your payment via e-transfer, simply send the payment to info@twistedsisters.ca  Please remember to include your order number in the payment notes for easy reference.
